The Challenge

Our team was tasked with elevating the resort brand to a parent brand which was poised for growth, the kind of growth that could include Miraval products, books, educational events, multiple locations, and more. We also were brought on to reinvent Miraval’s online identity with a complete website overhaul and new digital marketing strategy.

How We Solved It

We created an all-encompassing three year marketing plan, including a new brand book and style guide, with a rollout of a new campaign. In addition, we developed a new, responsive website to better capture mobile users and enhance overall user experience.

The Result

After the brand and digital strategies were implemented, the growth at Miraval resulted in the opening of multiple new locations, an expansion of product lines, and ultimately, the sale of the property.
