Revenue/Reservations Manager for a luxury hotel in Napa Valley’s Wine Country. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to provide on-property support at both a strategic and tactical level in order to achieve revenue goals. This position will be a key strategic revenue and digital marketing leader for the property and oversee distribution strategy of the hotel and manage day-to-day yield operations. Implement appropriate hotel inventory distribution strategy; maintain accurate rates and inventory allotments in the IDS, GDS, CRS and property RMS in a timely manner to promote rate parity throughout all booking channels. Establishes all rates in CRS/GDS/IDeaS and spearheads troubleshooting of any issues as they occur. Regular STR data analysis.
