We are seeking a results-driven Director of Revenue Management for a brand-new independent non-branded super luxury beachfront hotel & Spa located near Santa Cruz on the picturesque Monterey Bay. Must have 3+ years of revenue and yield management experience as Revenue Manager or DORM including Room Reservations management experience. Independent, non-branded hotel experience a plus. Oversee all facets of Revenue Management including Room Reservations. Manage and maintain group and transient inventory controls. Provide critical analysis of strategies, room statistics and demand factors. Prepare on time all weekly and monthly revenue management reports including rolling forecasts and annual Rooms budget. Monitor competitor performance. Initiate promotions to generate business at key times. Ensure that all electronic distribution systems are up to date. Select, train and evaluate the performance of Reservations team members. Host daily and weekly revenue strategy meetings. Reports directly to GM. Base salary to $135K plus bonus, health insurance and relocation assistance.

SPA, WELLNESS & RECREATION
The position oversees three small spa locations at resorts on the island of Kauai (each with 2-6 rooms per site), reporting up to the VP of operations. Duties include hiring and training, customer service, managing staff in 3 sites, administrative duties as well as collaborating with the executive team on marketing ideas and strategies. This position is hands-on, requiring excellent organizational and decision-making skills, and requires travel between locations.
