My client is seeking an experienced spa director to help run operations for the club’s thriving 7-treatment-room, 10,000-square foot, luxury spa, complete with outdoor hydrotherapy pools, dry saunas, steam showers, a salon, and retail space. We are seeking a visionary director to expand the spa’s presence, value, and services to align with the growth pace of the successful club. 5+ years of successful spa management experience. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of professional spa services and treatments as well as retail operations and inventory systems. We need someone who has effective leadership skills, a strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills.
