The talented Hutchinson Consulting recruiting team has expanded with the addition of Richard Belair and Randy Neitzel, two seasoned hospitality professionals.
Richard Belair
Rich is a strong leader in the hospitality and wellness industries, bringing more than 30 years of human resources experience to Hutchinson Consulting. Throughout his extensive tenure, he has served as an integral member of senior leadership teams and brings a wealth of knowledge in all areas of the field, particularly in the hospitality and wellness industries.
Rich has led human resource departments at several distinguished properties including Canyon Ranch in the Berkshires, the #1 health resort in the country, and The Westmoor Club, a premier private club in Nantucket, MA, as well as a number of large non-profit organizations. In his past roles, Rich has been instrumental in leading teams, developing and implementing growth strategies for company departments, and ensuring the alignment of human resource programs to company goals, missions, and values. Rich also specializes in determining recruitment strategy, designing performance measurement tools, and facilitating team-building and goal-setting strategies.
Rich served as President of the Berkshire County Regional Employment Board (BCREB) Board of Directors as well as an Instructor for the HR Generalist Series Accelerated Program. Originally from The Berkshires, the westernmost county of Massachusetts, Rich now resides on Nantucket Island with his wife, Laura, and has two adult daughters, Nicole and Lindsay.

Randy Neitzel
Randy started his hospitality career while still in high school. As he grew he worked many different jobs in restaurants washing dishes and waiting tables including three years in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. He bartended his way through college at the University of Wisconsin where he was commissioned an Air Force officer. After 10 years in the service, including a wartime deployment to the middle east during Desert Shield/Desert Storm, he worked as an HR Professional and a management/leadership consultant within the Air Force.
After the military he worked in HR Leadership roles for Host Marriott Services, Snowbasin – A Sun Valley Resort, Alyeska Ski and Summer Resort, Canyon Ranch, and The Glacier Park Collection by Pursuit in Montana just to name a few. After over 20 years as a Human Resources Director in hospitality, Randy has a love of the industry and guest service – always has. He also has a passion for recruiting and finding just the right person for the right job. Talent acquisition has always been what Randy has enjoyed most about human resources and with Hutchinson Consulting he will be able to pursue his true passion while helping you find that special someone for an operational need you have.
