Help the physician-owner convert an iconic landmark building into a state-of-the-art community center for wellbeing that integrated medical arts, esthetics, fitness, spa and culinary programming.

How We Solved It

Partners acted as owner’s representative through the facility design, build-out, menu development, furnishing, business planning, operations set-up, and pre-launch marketing strategy. Hutchinson continues to provide on-going marketing and recruiting support.

The Result

The new PALM brand was so successful that memberships reached goal within two years of opening and they are currently looking at expansion opportunities.
