Julie brings over 35 years of diverse experience in hospitality, specializing in human resources, recruiting, and training. Throughout her career, she has held key positions with prestigious companies such as The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, The Pebble Beach Company, Benchmark Hospitality, and Hyatt Hotels.
As a certified interviewer and trainer through Talent+ for over a decade, Julie played a vital role in launching numerous hotel properties globally, including in Bali, Hong Kong, Seoul, Kuala Lumpur, and across the U.S., during her time as Director of Human Resources at The Ritz-Carlton.
In addition to her hotel career, Julie also led the corporate human resources team for Burke Williams Day Spa, a leading day spa company in California.
Since joining Hutchinson Consulting in 2006, Julie has thrived as a Hospitality Recruiter, passionate about connecting exceptional talent with outstanding clients. She credits her success to building long-lasting relationships and shares her enthusiasm for the industry with everyone she works with.
Outside of work, Julie enjoys traveling, photography, and spending time with her family.
