Sous Chef, Sonoma Wine Country

We are seeking a highly talented and practiced Sous Chef for a highly successful upscale fine dining restaurant located in Sonoma Wine Country.  Must have 3+ years of Sous Chef supervisory experience at a well-established free-standing, full-service high-volume  upscale restaurant.  Preference given to Sous Chef candidates chefs currently residing in Petaluma, Santa Rosa or Sebastopol.  As #2 in the kitchen, your work involves training, supervising and working alongside a kitchen team of 15.  Proven skills in leadership, strong teamwork, working well under pressure and being self-motivated.  Assist chef with performance reviews, coaching and counseling kitchen staff.   Reports to Executive Chef.  Annual base salary $55K-$65K.
