Sous Chef, Northern California (Wine Country)

Seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef for a beautiful resort located in Northern California’s wine country.  The newly expanded resort has over 200 rooms and suites, spa, gaming floor and event and convention space.  Food and beverage offerings include an upscale steak and seafood house, international cuisine venues, classic American fare and a Team Dining Room serving the resort’s 2,000 employees..  The primary role of the Sous Chef is to continuously improve the quality of culinary standards to meet and exceed guest and employee expectations. Five years culinary experience along with two years in varied high volume and/or fine dining with P&L responsibilities preferred but not required.  Must be able to handle a flexible schedule. Salary up to $62K with an exceptional benefit package.
