Sous Chef, Monterey, California

Seeking an experienced Sous Chef four a luxury hotel in beautiful Monterey, CA.  This position oversees the busy operation that includes a restaurant, coffee counter and In-Room Dining and therefore candidates with high volume experience is important.  You will report to the Executive Chef and oversee a culinary brigade of over 35 employees. Excellent candidates will have experience in luxury hotels (four or five Star rated), and detailed plate presentations. Leadership and mentoring experience critical.  You must be detailed, have strong attention to detail and be creative.
