Senior Living General Manager, New York City

We are seeking an experienced General Manager for a new Senior Living Facility in New York City.  The GM will be  responsible for the day to day operations of the community including occupancy and financial performance as well as the planning, development, implementation, evaluation and improvement of all operational standards. The General Manager is to ensure accurate, timely, and professional service to all residents and must uphold the community’s philosophy and values.  A bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience of 7-10 years in human services management, hotel management or nursing home management is required.  If selected, you must be able to obtain a valid Assisted Living Residence (ALR) Administrator’s license in the State of New York. Must have proven leadership and management skills, experience working with seniors, including those with memory care needs, excellent customer service and public relationship skills.
