Restaurant Manager, Wisconsin

Seeking a high energy Restaurant Manager to oversee a seasoned team of food & beverage professionals in a redesign of an established restaurant in Wisconsin. We are looking for a leader who, together with the team, can elevate the overall customer service experience. This includes oversight of a new concept including physical facility, menu offering and service standards. Full P&L responsibility, oversight of 30+ back and front of house employees and annual revenue estimate of $2M. Reports directly to the F&B Director. Salary of $$60-70K based on experience plus bonus.
