Restaurant Manager, Hawaii

Seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee a busy three meal restaurant within a small boutique hotel on the Hawaiian island of Lanai.  In this role you will be responsible for the day to day operation of the Restaurant and report to the Hotel Manager.  This restaurant is enjoyed by hotel guests, tourists and locals, therefore genuine service is essential.  You will oversee all front of the house restaurant staff and will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and service standards. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of two years as a Restaurant Manager, preferably within a boutique hotel, B&B or luxury setting.  Understanding of luxury service standards and training is critical. This position may be suitable for a “couple” who enjoy working together.
