Restaurant General Manager, Miami

Miami’s hottest spot for waterfront dining and extraordinary global cuisine is seeking a General Manager to oversee this $20M, 300+ seat restaurant operation. Facilities include the main dining room and bar, exterior courtyard lounge and garden bar. The ideal candidate has a luxury hospitality background, has a strong financial acumen including in-depth knowledge of the budgeting and forecasting process and is adept to handling a large volume restaurant. Responsibilities include supervision of the front of house team including hiring, performance evaluating and training and smooth operations of the dining areas to ensure a five star dining experience. Salary is $140-175K based on experience plus bonus and benefits.
