Restaurant Executive Chef, Northern California

Seeking a leader of proven ability to oversee kitchen operations for a 200 room resort property.  The resort employs over 2,000 associates and offers a 24/7 full service dining experience. In addition, the property has four restaurants including an upscale steak and seafood house, international cuisine venues, and a classic American fare offering.  The role of the Restaurant Executive Chef is to oversee the performance and coordination of all work performed by the team and ensuring the highest service standards are used in all guest experiences. Five years culinary experience along with two years in varied high volume and/or fine dining with P&L responsibilities preferred but not required.  Must be able to handle a flexible schedule. Salary is competitive at $75K with an exceptional benefit package.
