Seeking a Chef who enjoys culinary and the great outdoors! This distinctive supper club in Northern Wisconsin offers exquisite cuisine in a casual yet elegant setting. The team is passionate about giving a five-star experience in the intimate 50 seat restaurant. The chef is responsible for the day-to-day smooth operations of the kitchen and ensures all dishes are prepared efficiently and esthetically pleasing to the guest. Must ensure all quality, cost and safety standards are being met. Qualifications include 3 years line experience, preferably in fine dining, a culinary degree and excellent communication skills. This position is perfect for someone who loves the culinary arts, enjoys the Northern Wisconsin woods and lake living and a work life balance.
