Guest Services Manager, North Carolina

We are seeking a Guest Services Manager for a beautiful resort nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina.  The Guest Services Manager will oversee all aspects of the Front Office, Reservations, Dining Hall and serve as a point of contact for all Retreat Leaders and VIP’s, and also act as a liaison between all departments on property.  This role will be responsible for financial performance, guest satisfaction and staff development.  The ideal candidate will have experience a Front Office Manager, Guest Service Manager or Director of Operations within similar quality Hotel/Resort/Retreat Center.  A minimum of 3 years of proven hotel  management experience is required.
