Front Office Manager, Wine Country

Responsible for all aspects of Guest Service including Bell & Valet, PBX, and Concierge.  Must have high level luxury background, including prior experience at a Forbes rated property, to ensure the quality of service meets the hotel’s standards. Handles guest complaints, maximizes the financial performance of the hotel by providing the highest possible guest service and product. Troubleshoot challenges with both guests and associates.  Salary is $65-$70K plus bonus and relocation.
