Front Office Manager, Northern California

We are currently seeking a Front Office Manager for a busy international hotel chain in Northern California. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and supervision for the front office operating departments including; Front Desk and Night Audit Staff. This position manages all aspects of the front office areas.

Must ensure all guest issues are handled and appropriately followed up on quickly and efficiently. Duties may also include training and staff development to ensure all staff is properly trained on systems, security and cash handling procedures, and service standards and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their job functions. Monitor performance and recommend corrective or disciplinary action. Must manage the day-to- day activities of the Front Office staff. May serve as “manager on duty” as required. Compensation is $55-65K plus bonus.
