Executive Chef, Napa/Sonoma Wine Country, California

We are seeking a highly talented and practiced Executive Chef to oversee all aspects of food preparation and presentation for a highly successful upscale restaurant located in the heart of the Napa/Sonoma Wine Country. Work involves overseeing the entire BOH culinary operation, including lunch, dinner, weekend brunch, wedding receptions and private parties. Must have 3+ years of Chef experience at a well-established free-standing, full-service high-volume  restaurant, preferably with catering/banquet business. Preference given to chefs currently employed in the Napa/Sonoma Wine Country. Must have established relationships with Northern California farmers, growers and fisheries. Must exhibit an approachable, authentic, calm demeanor and pleasing temperament, setting example for entire kitchen staff. Excellent command of both spoken and written English.  Reports directly to General Manager. Annual base salary $85K-$95K plus bonus.
