Executive Chef, Marfa, Texas

Seeking an Executive Chef for an exclusive high-end ranch resort located in the beautiful mountains of Marfa, Texas.  In this position you will oversee a team of ten experienced cooks and report to the Resort General Manager.  The restaurant is fine dining with heavy Mexican/Texas influences.  Therefore, a deep understanding of fine Mexican cuisine is critical. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of three years as a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Sous Chef.  You must have experience with fine dining Mexican cuisine and speak both English and Spanish.  The three-meal fine dining restaurant is for ranch guests only with a max of 50 guests. You must be creative, have strong leadership skills, enjoy interacting with HNW guests and enjoy the rural ranch lifestyle.
