Director of Operations, San Francisco, California

Seeking the highest level of professional for this Director of Operations to oversee a collection of well-established and highly successful restaurants in California. Responsibilities include directing the sustained success, growth and overall asset management of the company. Build high performance teams and infrastructure to support sustained improvements in revenue and profit. Can align and execute the owner’s vision and communicate in a collaborative manner effectively with senior team leaders. Includes financial oversight, facilities management, vendor relations and oversight of all hiring and training of general managers for each property. Evaluate performance of food and beverage operations through guest satisfaction and volume growth. Must act with integrity and honesty and build trust through actions. Experience with highly rated restaurants a plus. Salary is $175-200K with excellent benefit package.
