Director of Guest Services, Northeast

We are seeking an ambitious Director of Guest Services for a legendary health and wellness retreat located in the Northeast. Lead and direct the daily operation of the Front Desk, Housekeeping, Mailroom and Security. Minimum of 5+ years of FOH leadership experience in the hospitality industry. Must have 2+ years of customer service management experience leading Front Desk and Housekeeping operations, as well as some experience with Security.  

Maintain high standards of guest service throughout the property.  Develop and maintain exceptional guest service standards, as well as establish and exceed measurable service benchmarks.  Work strategically with all departments to improve a seamless guest experience of the highest quality. Proactively coach and develop team members.  Efficiently resolve guest concerns and complaints. Highly prefer Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Hospitality or related field.    

Reports directly to VP of Guest Experience.  Total Compensation $90K. Relocation reimbursement up to $5K.
