Director of Food & Beverage, Napa, California

This important position is responsible for coordinating, supervising and directing all aspects of the F&B department’s operations and staff of 60 including 11 managers. Oversees $20+ million annual F&B revenue. Four-year degree required, along with culinary experience in a large resort. Salary is DOE. Black Belt in Six Sigma highly preferred.
