Director of Food & Beverage, Central Coast, California

The successful candidate will come with ten years F&B career growth including solid luxury background. You’ll lead a staff of 50 including three managers in the fine dining restaurant, banquets, in room dining and pool side outlets. Primary responsibilities include establishing and maintaining quality product and service levels while maximizing profits; forecasting and budgeting; selecting, training and developing staff; maintaining inventory control; menu development; community liaison; monitoring budget and maintaining high levels of team member satisfaction. Salary is $110-$130K plus bonus.
