Corporate Executive Chef, West Coast

We are seeking a highly experienced and practiced West Coast Corporate Executive Chef for a super-successful, privately-held restaurant company having a portfolio of very popular, trendy, upscale, stylish full-service restaurants. Must have 5+ years of Executive Chef experience and are presently either an EC with ample hotel experience or a DFB with ample chef experience. Must have 3+ years of experience overseeing multiple high-volume, full-service restaurants. Oversee management related activities of BOH operations for all West Coast restaurants. Work involves close collaboration with each restaurant’s kitchen management team, as well as with a highly professional executive leadership team. Interview, select, lead, train, appraise and coach all kitchen management staff. Evaluate individual chef/manager performance. Ensure all kitchens are operating within established labor and food cost parameters. Co-create new menus a recipes. Insure that food ordering process continues to meet company standards. Work within budget guidelines and parameters. Ensure all kitchen practices are compliant with established Health Requirements. Reports directly to Culinary Director. Annual base salary $120K-$135K plus bonus, free PPO health insurance and relocation reimbursement.
