Seeking a talented Chef to lead the day to day culinary operations of a well-established restaurant. Responsibilities include ensuring product quality, high service standards and profitability goals are attained. Supervise the daily ordering, receiving, and proper handling of product, develop new menu ideas, train and develop staff to ensure that all products represent the high standards of the organization. Responsible for controlling food & labor costs and supervise the daily preparation of all products and ensure that standard operating procedures are followed. Supervises 10-15 staff. Salary is $50-60K based on experience.
