Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager, Los Angeles

Seeking a  highly relational F&B professional for the role of Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager for one of the most prestigious properties on the West Coast.  In this dual role, primary focus is the bar experience, secondary is restaurant. Must be knowledgeable in the areas of wine and cocktails. Any sort of bar experience a plus. Managerial responsibilities include closing the bar area five nights a week. Responsible for maintaining food and beverage standards and continuously improving quality to exceed the expectations of our discerning guests. Responsibilities include hiring and training of staff and preparing weekly schedules. Monitors associate performance and staffing levels. We are looking for a leader that can encourage, motivate and be accessible to employees. The position reports to the Assistant Food & Beverage Director. Salary is $57K with an excellent benefit package.
