Assistant Guest Relations Manager, Greater Los Angeles Area

Located in one of the most prestigious locations on the West Coast, this iconic 100+ room property is seeking a “people person” to act as brand ambassador and lead the guest relations coordinators and hosts. As the Assistant Guest Relations Manager, this role is charged with building lasting relationships with our discerning guests and in turn, create brand bond and guest loyalty. Responsibilities include empowering the team to ensure a seamless guest experience, proactively building relationships with guests and act as a general host, aiming to make contact with all guests. Maintains high visibility in public areas, interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels and effectively responds to and handles any guest concerns. Previous front office experience a plus but not necessary as long as candidate is a quick learner and has a presence and natural elegance in their demeanor. Salary is $56K with an excellent benefit package.
