Assistant Front Office Manager, Los Angeles, California

Located in one of the most prestigious locations on the West Coast, this iconic 100+ room property is seeking an “employee relations and administrative guru” to act as a conduit between the Director of Front Office and the Front Desk team. As the Assistant Front Office Manager, this role is charged with building a strong culture of cooperation and support, increasing efficiencies in operations, and scheduling and report generation to improve the overall guest experience. Responsibilities include organization of processes such as payroll, scheduling, running reports, ensuring accuracy in billing and working with employees to ensure high standards of performance. Maintains visibility in both back of house as well as public areas, interacting with guests to ensure a memorable experience. A highly efficient individual with strong organization skills and attention to detail required. Previous front office experience a plus but not necessary as long as candidate is a quick learner. Salary is $56K plus incentive with an excellent benefit package.
