Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, Northeastern US

Historic Northeast resort seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to promote a vision and develop a team that provides top notch guest experiences. Manager must have strong communication, training skills and is accustomed to problem solving in a fast-paced high volume setting. Responsibilities include oversight of a farm to table dining experience as well as a small tapas bar and restaurant. Responsible for approximately $1.6M in revenue of this 100 dining seat operation. Four years of previous restaurant management experience required. Candidates must have excellent people skills, possess a positive, outgoing and warm personality and want to work in an environment that strives for the highest in service excellence. Salary is $58K plus benefits.
